Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Digital Service, we value our customers and aim to provide transparent and fair policies.


1. Service Refunds

Since we offer digital services, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Refunds are not automatically issued once a service or project has been started.
  • Refunds may be approved only if work has not yet begun or in cases of technical errors on our side.
  • For subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before renewal.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order or service request by contacting us at support@digitalservice.site.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the work has not yet started.
